Weber recently announced the formation of New Century
Dynamics, Inc, an executive search firm for the Food Service
Industry. The company’s mission is to provide hands-on
support to resolve the critical issues of executive
recruiting, selection, hiring and retention that contribute

Dynamics will include confidential and interim executive
search; with particular emphasis on the placement of
Marketing, Operations, Business Development, Finance and
Accounting executives.
Weber formed New Century Dynamics to help
his Food Service Industry clients achieve a competitive

fundamental business issues. Confidential Search will be a

Weber has had more that 33 years of
experience in the Specialty Food Retail and Quick Service
restaurant industries. He was a former managing partner of
Dick Wray Executive Search for the past eight years. Prior
to his association with Dick Wray Executive Search, he had
been with Allied Domecq Retail USA (Dunkin Donuts and
Baskin-Robbins, Long John Silver’s, Inc., Pepsico Inc.,
General Host Corporation (Hickory Farms Division) and Little
General Stores.
While working for Dick Wray, Weber filled
positions for many of the large, national restaurant chains.
Past clients include Arby’s, Backyard Burgers, Damon’s
International, Dominos Pizza, Huddle House, The Krystal
Company, Sonic Drive Ins, and Steak-Out Franchising.
Jim Weber attended the University of South
Florida where he received an M.B.A. in Finance as well as a
B.A. He has also taken courses from Columbia University, the
University of Chicago and the Restaurant Administration
department of Cornell University.
